How secure is my data on MCD?

Do I need to know astrology to use your service?

Not at all! We explain everything in clear accessible language. You'll gradually learn more about astrology through your daily readings, but no prior knowledge is required to benefit from our insights. 

What subscription tiers do you offer?

Free:     Basic daily horoscope by zodiac sign.

Premium:      ($19.99/month):Personalized daily readings with power periods, crystal recommendations, and food guidance.

Elite:      ($49.99/month):Our most comprehensive service with advanced personalization, detailed timing,career/relationship insights, and calendar integration.

Can I change my subscription level?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by sending us an email or through the App in your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

 Is there a free trial?

Yes, new members can try our Premium tier free for 7 days. You'll need to enter payment information, but you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time by sending us an email or through your account settings on the APP. Simply go to "Subscription" and select "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to receive your current tier of service until the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes, we offer annual subscriptions at a discounted rate: Premium ($214.99/year, saving nearly $25) and Elite($499.99/year, saving nearly $100).

What information do you need to personalize my horoscope?

For full personalization, we need your:

Date of birth.

Time of birth (as precise as possible).

Place of birth.

Current location.

The more accurate this information, the more precise your readings will be.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

You can still receive personalized readings, though some elements like rising sign and house placements may be estimated. We recommend providing your best estimate and noting the uncertaintyin your profile.

Is my personal information secure?

Can I update my birth information if I find more accurate data?

When will I receive my daily horoscope?

Your personalized reading will be delivered at your preferred time each day, which you will set up when you join. Changes can be made by sending us an email or through the App in Settings. By default, readings are delivered at 5:00 AM in your local time zone.

Can I access past readings?

Yes, Premium members can access the past 7days of readings, while Elite members can access the past 30 days. Your reading history is available in your account dashboard.

What if I don't receive my daily reading?

Can I share my readings with friends?

Yes! We have a built-in share feature that allows you to share a summary of your daily reading on social media or via email. This is a great way to introduce friends to our service.

How do the food recommendations work?

Do you account for dietary restrictions?

What if I don't have the suggested crystals?

Crystal recommendations are optional enhancements. While specific crystals are suggested for optimal alignment, we provide alternatives when possible. Even without crystals, your horoscope readings remain valuable and accurate.

How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address by sending us an email or in your account settings in the App. After making the change, we'll send a confirmation to both your old and new email addresses for security purposes.

Can I access MyCosmicDaily on multiple devices?

How should I use the recommended crystals?

Each crystal recommendation comes with simple instructions for optimal use, such as carrying it with you, placing it in a specific area, or using it during meditation. These are suggestions, not requirements. 

Is there a mobile app?
